- the bedroom windows do not directly overlook the street, but rather a biodiversity area (no human activity), therefore less noise;

The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and lively neighborhood. It provides access to many of Paris's monuments (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Place du Trocadéro, Ecole Militaire), and is also not far from train stations (Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare) or parks (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citroën).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center, Beaugrenelle, and its streets lined with shops like Rue du Commerce. It's a pleasant place to be, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
