Located on the 1st floor without elevator, the accommodation includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- and a lounge to relax in after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate its brightness and its lack of vis-à-vis.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Hairdryer, Fan, Microwave, Coffee machine, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is well laid out:
- it overlooks a very quiet interior courtyard;
- it is located close to the “Simplon” and “Jules Joffrin” metro stations;
- it is located close to shops, bars and restaurants.
You will also find a "Monoprix" supermarket 300 m from the building for your small daily purchases.

The 18th arrondissement is located in the north of Paris and includes the Goutte d'Or and Montmartre districts. The latter is one of the highest hills in Paris, and the view from the top is worth the trip. The Sacré-Coeur church, a bastion of the Commune in the 19th century, Montmartre later became the neighborhood of many artists such as Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec, and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasting, integrating ethnic blocks into a bourgeois sector or the opposite. The Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many very pleasant cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a certain dynamism and respectability.
