Just a few kilometers from the fine sandy beaches of Bretignolles-sur-Mer and Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, L'Écrin des Chaumes welcomes you to the heart of a quiet residential area in L'Aiguillon-sur-Vie. This bright and welcoming single-story house is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.
With an area of approximately 70 m², it offers two comfortable bedrooms equipped with double beds and a beautiful spacious living room with lounge, dining room and piano for convivial moments. The open kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and everything you need to cook like at home.
The large, enclosed, 548 m² garden, planted with trees and not directly overlooked, will offer you a peaceful setting to relax on the terrace, play with the children or share a meal outside. Wi-Fi is included and outdoor parking is available in front of the house.
In terms of leisure activities, the region is brimming with activities to enjoy. Less than 10 minutes away, Dino's Park in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez will delight young dinosaur enthusiasts with its animated trails. Le Grand Défi, in Saint-Julien-des-Landes, offers treetop adventures, paintball, laser tag, and pony rides in a unique natural setting. For younger visitors, Youplaland in Coëx offers an indoor play area ideal in all weathers. Those interested in history and architecture can discover Vendée Miniature, a miniature world reconstructing a Vendée village of yesteryear with astonishing precision.
The beaches are accessible in about fifteen minutes and invite you to swim, surf, or take long walks. Numerous cycle paths crisscross the region between the sea, countryside, and forests.
