The owner's note, Anaïs

This cottage, attached to the owner's house, consists of four tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shared toilet. Guests will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming dining room, a comfortable living room, and a pleasant terrace. The cottage is also connected to Wi-Fi and surrounded by a 2000 m² landscaped garden, where you can enjoy a secure swimming pool (5x10).
Parking is available.
For larger groups, additional sleeping is possible in one of the bedrooms, which is equipped with a 70 cm bed.
ALL INCLUSIVE: Sheets, towels, household linen, water, electricity, heating, and cleaning fee. (EXCEPT pool towels) Marie-José and Jean-Marie welcome you to their cottage, adjoining their house, with four bedrooms that can accommodate up to ten people. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. The cottage includes a spacious 35 m² living room with an adjoining 25 m² terrace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and two ovens.
Outside, enjoy a 5 x 10 m fenced swimming pool and a 100 m² beach area with deckchairs and parasols. Located just 200 meters from the Dordogne River, this cottage boasts an exceptional setting, in the heart of a valley designated a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. Explore the charming surrounding villages like Argentat-sur-Dordogne and Rocamadour, or go hiking, canoeing, paddleboarding, and tree climbing. After your adventures, relax in the shade of the lime tree, around a large table by the pool, lulled by the birdsong.
