Luxury Villa Madora is a spacious and inviting holiday home nestled in the charming area of Kirmenjak near Porec, Istria. This stunning villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it perfect for large families, friend groups, or multiple couples seeking a memorable Croatian getaway.

The villa boasts an impressive 400 square metres of living space, featuring 5 well-appointed bedrooms with 5 comfortable king -sized beds and en suite bathrooms with a shower.
The villa features large open space living- dining-kitchen area opening to the garden with a large swimming pool and an outside kitchen.
One bedroom with an en suite bathroom ( shower) is on the ground fllor which makes the house party accesibble. Three bedrooms with en suite showers are on the fllor and on the second floor there is a master bedroom with large bathroom with a bath.

The highlight of Villa Madora is its private 16x4 metre swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and enjoying sunny Istrian days. The outdoor spaces are equally impressive, with a fenced plot, garden, garden furniture, barbecue area, balcony, and a 30 square metre terrace perfect for al fresco dining and socialising.
