- Very central: 14 minutes by metro from Châtelet, and directly connected by metro to Gare du Nord, Gare de L'Est, Gare Saint-Lazare and Gare Montparnasse.
- Very well served by public transport: metro line 4 3 minutes away, metro line 2 5 minutes away, metro line 12 7 minutes away. Gare du Nord is accessible on foot in 15 minutes.
- In a lively, vibrant, and multicultural neighborhood, but there is no street noise in the evening.
- In the heart of the 18th arrondissement, 10 minutes from Montmartre on foot
- Close to many restaurants and bars (rue Ramey, rue Ordener...)

The 18th arrondissement is located in the north of Paris and includes the Montmartre district and its famous hill. The view from the top is worth the trip! You can admire the Sacré-Cœur church and stroll through the neighborhood of many artists such as Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec, and many others. The 18th arrondissement is thus contrasted, alternating between multicultural blocks and bourgeois neighborhoods. The district is also known for its plethora of bars and restaurants.
