- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a shower room;
- and a lounge to relax in after a day of walking.

You will have everything you need to have a great stay, including: refrigerator, television, washing machine, microwave, fan, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is very quiet and close to everything, whether by transport or on foot.
It is ideally close to metro stations for lines 1, 5, 7 and 8 and the RER A from Gare de Lyon.
For your everyday shopping, you will find a "Market Paris" supermarket just a 4-minute walk away.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see places that make the city famous, such as:
- The Green Belt 7 minutes away on foot;
- The Jardin des Plantes 10 minutes away;
- Place de la Bastille 11 minutes away;

The 12th arrondissement of Paris is one of its largest districts, even before considering the immense Bois de Vincennes, which is attached to it. Aside from the neighboring districts of Bastille, Gare de Lyon, and Bercy, the 12th arrondissement is located in the suburbs.
The Coulée Verte, or footbridge located near the Place de la Bastille, at the intersection of the streets of Lyon and Charenton, extends to the Périphérique, following an old railway line that transports goods to the port of Arsenal.
