Located on the 3rd and last floor without elevator, it includes:
- two bedrooms with two double beds;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- and a lounge to relax in after a day of walking.

Upstairs, the two bedrooms are located in the attic, offering a cozy atmosphere. Note that some areas require bending down to move around.
The bedroom is equipped with a complete bed with box spring and mattress.
The second bedroom offers a comfortable mattress placed directly on the wooden floor (see photo).
The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning. During periods of intense heat (a few days a year), it can get hot under the roof. However, the rest of the time, the large roof windows allow for quick and efficient ventilation. For your comfort, pedestal and rotary fans are available in each room.
You will have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Oven, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
All amenities are nearby: restaurants, cafes, markets and shops.
There is a "Franprix" supermarket 300 m from the building and many shops (bakery, café, etc.) for your small daily purchases.
The area is also well served by public transport.
The apartment is located close to the Jourdain metro station, which provides access to the center of Paris in 15 minutes (Châtelet).

Overall, the whole area contributes to a lively, vibrant, popular, and friendly district. It is particularly characterized by a very large number of theaters and café-theaters. All types of atmospheres can be found, from punk rock to ethnic music, particularly in the areas around Bagnolet, south of the cemetery, and Ménilmontant, around the hill and the avenue of the same name.
The main tourist attraction in the borough is the Père-Lachaise Cemetery.
