Magnificent 42 square meter apartment located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris.
ArrayAble to accommodate up to four people, it is ideal for a family or romantic stay.

The apartment is pretty, well located, and not overlooked. It is on the 5th floor without a lift and includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a single inflatable mattress;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a shower room;
- and a lounge area with a convertible sofa to relax after a day of walking.
You will have everything you need to have a great stay, including: Wi-Fi, television, Italian coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer, washing machine, oven, iron, refrigerator, etc.
Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is ideally located near metro stations Line 6, 8 and 10 and you will find many shops and restaurants nearby.
For your everyday shopping, you will find a "Carrefour City" supermarket just a two-minute walk away.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see places that make the city famous, such as:
- The Champ-de-Mars 12 minutes on foot;
- The Eiffel Tower 19 minutes on foot;
- The Montparnasse Tower 15 minutes by metro;
- Hôtel des Invalides, 19 minutes by metro, and many more.

The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and lively neighborhood. It provides access to many of Paris's monuments (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Place du Trocadéro, Ecole Militaire), and is also not far from train stations (Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare) or parks (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citroën).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center, Beaugrenelle, and its streets lined with shops like Rue du Commerce. It's a pleasant place to be, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
