Magnificent 65 square meter apartment located in the 19th arrondissement of Paris.

Located in Paris, my charming home is in a private residence. It's suitable for both leisure and business trips, whether with friends or family, and can accommodate up to four people.
It is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and the other with a convertible sofa, a shower room, a fitted, fully equipped and functional kitchen and a beautiful lounge area to relax after an intense day.
During your stay you will have at your disposal: Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Refrigerator, Oven, Iron.
You will also have a BALCONY which will be appreciated in summer, day or night!
The apartment is ideally located near Parc des Buttes-Chaumont (13 min walk), Bassin de la Villette (5 min walk) and Parc de Belleville (17 min walk).
La Villette is a 10-minute walk away and the Canal de l'Ourque is 15 minutes away.
You will be very well served by public transport: the Louvre Museum is 17 minutes away by metro line 7, Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral is 28 minutes away by metro line 7 and the Eiffel Tower is 37 minutes away by metro lines 8 and 7.
You will find many shops nearby such as a Carrefour City 5 minutes away on foot and a Casino Supermarket 8 minutes away.
You can also enjoy the market located at Place des Fêtes every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday!
