Magnificent 50 square meter apartment located in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris.
ArrayI welcome you to my 50 square meter apartment in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, located on the 3rd floor with ELEVATOR. It is ideally located near the LOUVRE Museum, the Palais Garnier and the Place de la Concorde. You can walk in a quiet neighborhood and discover the Asian restaurants in the nearby Japanese quarter! Have a great stay! :)
Located in Paris, the accommodation is bright and consists of a bedroom with 1 sofa bed, 1 double bed, 1 bathroom and a beautiful living room area to relax after an intense day.
You will have everything you need to have an excellent stay, namely:
Elevator, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Iron, Washing machine.
You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll throughout the city and its surroundings! The district offers immediate proximity to the Palais Garnier at 8 min on foot, the Louvre Museum at 12 min on foot, the Tuileries Garden at 12 min on foot and the Place de la Concorde at 17 min on foot. You can also ride a bike to visit the famous corners of the city such as the Arc de Triomphe at 15 min, the Eiffel Tower at 16 min, Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral at 12 min and the Hôtel des Invalides at 14 min by bike!
Japantown is a favorite with locals and tourists alike for its Asian restaurants serving a variety of specialties. Don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses; I'd be happy to share my favorites with you!

The 2nd arrondissement is also home to the famous Rue Sainte-Anne, known to Parisians as a haven for Japanese restaurants and shops.
Typical Parisian shopping galleries, such as the Passage Choiseul or the Passage des Panoramas, add to the charm of this district.
While the above-mentioned activities are all daytime activities, the eastern end of the arrondissement, including the charming Rue Montorgueil, has an entirely different, more vibrant and youthful reputation thanks to its many cafes, restaurants and bars.
