Magnificent 67 square meter apartment located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris.
ArrayIt is close to many shops, ideal for a stay in the capital.

Located in Paris, the apartment is a souplex. It consists of three bedrooms with three double beds, one sofa bed, two bathrooms, and a beautiful living room with a television.
You will have everything you need to have a great stay, including: Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Baby bed and High chair.
You'll be well served by public transport, allowing you to explore the entire city and its surrounding areas! The neighborhood offers immediate proximity to all the shops you'll need: Monoprix is a 5-minute walk away, Picard is 4 minutes away... The Hôtel des Invalides is a 20-minute walk away.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!

The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and lively neighborhood. It provides access to many of Paris's monuments (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Place du Trocadéro, Ecole Militaire), and is also not far from train stations (Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare) or parks (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citroën).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center, Beaugrenelle, and its streets lined with shops like Rue du Commerce. It's a pleasant place to be, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
