Discover our unique house in Aix-les-Bains: a family atmosphere with breathtaking views of Mont Revard and Lac du Chat. With an open-plan living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen, it's perfect for entertaining. Its four bedrooms can accommodate up to six people. Enjoy a lush garden, a terrace overlooking the heated pool, and private parking.

Upon entering our home, you will be greeted by a fully open and bright living, dining and kitchen area, offering a feeling of spaciousness and conviviality, where the view is never interrupted, creating a spacious setting to relax and gather with family or friends.
The kitchen, with its view of the dining room, is fully equipped to satisfy all your culinary needs.
In this lively house, all the necessary equipment is at your disposal to concoct and savor delicious dishes.
On the ground floor, an extra bedroom offers additional comfort and easy accessibility for those who prefer to avoid stairs.
Upstairs, you'll find a total of four bedrooms, including two doubles and two singles, ideal for children. Each is carefully designed to ensure optimal comfort. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite shower, providing additional privacy and convenience.
Another bathroom with bathtub and 2 sinks is also located upstairs.
For your outdoor relaxation, our magnificent terrace welcomes you with its 4 x 8 meter swimming pool (end of May to end of August), ideal for swimming in summer. You can relax on the deckchairs, share meals al fresco around the outdoor table or prepare barbecues.
Your peace of mind is assured thanks to our private parking, the house secured by a gate and fence, as well as our private garden, where children can play safely.
Nearby, you'll find a multitude of activities and sites to discover, from hiking trails to water activities on the lake, including local restaurants offering regional cuisine.
Additionally, Aix-les-Bains city center and the Grésy-sur-Aix shopping area are just an 8-minute drive away.
For your comfort, everything is ready upon your arrival:
