You'll love the private heated swimming pool, the large sun terrace with sun loungers, dining area and barbecue - the perfect setting for relaxing, sharing a meal with family or friends or admiring the sunsets over the lake.
The villa is ideally located, just a 5-minute walk from the village centre, where you'll find a local grocery shop and a café-concert, and a 2-minute drive from Bilieu beach, accessible with a supplied badge for summer swimming, and 5 minutes from the village of Charavines with its restaurants, shops and Sunday market.
The house (very low energy consumption) offers spacious, light-filled living space:

LES REFLETS DU LAC is a main residence open for rental at certain times of the year. You'll be sharing this cocoon with Princesse and Nougat, two affectionate and discreet cats, who are just waiting to be petted. They are self-sufficient thanks to their water and kibble dispensers.

House rules:
- Pets not allowed (Princesse and Nougat take the place)

- Any use of the property for commercial purposes is prohibited without the owner's prior agreement
- The tenant may not object to a visit by the owner or his representative on site during the stay
- Compliance with safety standards for the swimming pool, which must be closed after each use (rigid curtain).
