Just a stone’s throw from the charming villages of Gargilesse and Crozant, the house offers breathtaking views of the Boucle du Pin and the lush Creuse Valley.

Immerse yourself in a peaceful environment, perfect for relaxation, wild nature walks, and outdoor activities. Swimming and kayaking are available at the Chenet beach (just 1.5 km away). The nearby Éguzon Lake is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts.

The house features a bright, spacious living room with a cozy corner sofa, an insert fireplace for warm evenings, and a welcoming dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a central island, new dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and all the necessary utensils.
