Situated on the 2nd floor of a secure building (no elevator), this 20 m² apartment features a bright living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a separate bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and separate toilets.

The kitchen includes a small refrigerator, microwave with grill function, ceramic hob, kettle, filter coffee machine, and all essential kitchenware. It opens onto a comfortable living space with ample storage, a sofa area, and a convertible coffee table that can be raised into a dining table.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140x200). The adjoining shower room includes a sink unit, towel warmer, and shower.

The apartment offers fiber-optic internet and a smart TV with easy access to popular apps such as Canal+, Netflix, Deezer, and YouTube.

For medium and long stays, guests have free access to a washing machine and dryer within the building. An iron and ironing board are available upon request.

Bed linen and household linens are provided for your comfort.

There is no private parking, but street parking is available nearby in accordance with city regulations.

The accommodation is managed by ArchiDuchesse Concierge, available 7 days a week from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Guests are kindly asked to respect the apartment, the property, and the neighborhood. A security deposit will be required via a secure link to finalize the booking and receive the access codes.

Just 10 minutes on foot from Rouen train station, 7 minutes from the Rive Droite quays, and 5 minutes from the lively Vieux-Marché square, you’ll have easy access to everything Rouen has to offer: local shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, museums, gyms, and more.

Metro: The nearest metro station is just a few minutes’ walk away, providing quick and easy access to the city center, the train station, and main shopping districts.

Bus: Several bus lines run close to Place Cauchoise, including routes 3, 4, and 5, connecting you to many points of interest across Rouen and neighboring areas.

TEOR: The TEOR line, a high-level bus service, is also nearby. It allows for fast and comfortable travel throughout the metropolitan area, with strategically located stops linking key parts of the city.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator and the apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Access may therefore be less suitable for guests with reduced mobility or those traveling with large suitcases.

Self check-in is available for greater flexibility, starting from 4:00 PM, and check-out must be completed no later than 11:00 AM.

The accommodation is managed by ArchiDuchesse Concierge, available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Upon arrival, all guests receive bed and household linens, as well as essential products for the day (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper). Each guest is provided with a large towel, and each bathroom includes dish towels and a bath mat. A welcome kit is also provided free of charge for the duration of the stay, including kitchen trash bags, bathroom trash bags, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid.
