CM45 2* High-end chalet located at 2100m altitude in the "Les Chalets du Mercantour" subdivision, a mainly pedestrian subdivision with access via the residence and stairs. 15 minutes walk from the resort center. 5 minutes walk from the Funicular open in season and close to the shuttle stop during the winter season. Close to a restaurant and a ski rental shop. Direct access to a ski slope. 150 m from a "medium skiers" slope joining the ski lifts of the ski area.
Beautifully decorated chalet of 60m² with American kitchen on the ground floor, a shower room and WC, large equipped terraces with unobstructed views of the mountains, facing south. Upstairs, separate WC, 1 bathroom with bathtub and the bedrooms.
Wi-Fi and TV included. No garage; you can park at the bottom of the "Chalets du Mercantour" residence.
Chalet for 6 people. Bedroom 1: double bed 160, bedroom 2: double bed with 2 mattresses pushed together 90 (180) and a mezzanine with 2 single mattresses, suitable for children/teenagers.
Non-smoking chalet. No pets. Do not walk in the chalet with ski boots. Ideal for families or groups.
