This warm and functional apartment is located in a secure residence with swimming pool, close to the center and the beach, offering an ideal setting for your vacation.
The bright living room features a sofa bed, furniture, and a television for your relaxing moments. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, ceramic hob, toaster, electric kettle, and all the necessary dishes for your meals. The apartment includes two bedrooms: the with a double trundle bed, and the second with a double bed, a trundle bed, and plenty of storage space. You'll also appreciate the air-conditioned veranda, ideal for your meals or moments of relaxation. The bathroom has a shower and a sink, and the toilet is separate for added convenience. Outside, a small terrace with garden chairs will allow you to enjoy the fresh air. Private parking is included.
The swimming pool is open from mid-June to mid-September. If the pool is closed for technical or health reasons, the tenant will not be entitled to a refund. Not included in the rental: final cleaning, sheets, towels, baby bed, high chair, and tourist tax. Internet connection is an additional charge.
