ArrayIt is ideal for a family.
We look forward to welcoming you!
Located on the 1st floor with elevator, it includes two bedrooms with a double bed and a trundle bed convertible into two single beds;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a shower room;
- a lounge to relax in after a day of walking.
The following facilities will be at your disposal: Parking / Garage, Wifi, Hairdryer, Television, Dishwasher, Heating, Washing machine, Terrace, Dryer, Coffee machine, Fan, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Balcony, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the advantages of the apartment is its practicality:
- there is a children's play area in the middle of the residence;
- there is also a toaster, a kettle and a hair straightener available in addition to the accessories selected above.
The residence is quiet.
Located between the 3 districts: Les Chartrons, Les Hangars and Bassin à Flot, you are close to everything and spoiled for choice! Les Chartrons is a typical Bordeaux district, Les Hangars is pleasant for strolling because it borders the Garonne with an unobstructed view and Bassin à Flot is just as dynamic with a diversity of activities.
Close to the Cité du Vin, Bassin des Lumières and Chartrons, it is pleasant:
- to eat/drink at the Halles de Bacalan on sunny weekends,
- to enjoy the terrace and the activities/parties organized by all the restaurants located on the edge of the Bassin (Blonde Venus, Iboat, Café Oz, Circus etc.),
- to watch the sunsets that can be observed from the Bassin à Flot,
- to discover an alternative place like Les Vivres de l'Art,
- to stroll along Notre Dame Street in Chartrons.
A few meters from the residence you will love:
- La Tripletta, pizzeria, with a plus for their rooftop terrace when the weather is good;
- Chez Faty, premises without decoration but incredible Moroccan cuisine, generous, for a very reasonable price and a warm welcome;
- The incomparable takeaway focaccias from Madonna Me Focacceria;
- Le Morimoto, Japanese restaurant at the Mondrian Bordeaux Les Carmes hotel;
Welcome :)
-- Chartrons – Grand Parc – Public Garden
The Chartrons district, bordering the banks of the Garonne, stretches from the Jardin Public in the south to the Cité du Vin in the north. The old facades have been restored, and the streets are lively. The warehouses now house bars, restaurants, homes, as well as businesses and schools. Antique shops, decoration boutiques, and art galleries have flourished in the district. Although the name "Chartrons" is often associated with that of a small village, you will have the opportunity to pass by the Saint Louis Church, a listed Historic Monument. On the Quai des Chartrons, you can treat yourself to a shopping session at the Outlet Center: the Quai des Marques. Various brand-name outlet stores are present and offer advantageous prices. The Halle des Chartrons hosts numerous cultural events such as concerts, exhibitions, and a market. Art and culture lovers can also visit the Musée d'Art.
-- Bordeaux Maritime
The Bordeaux Maritime district, or Bacalan, is a former trading port. Today, it is a lively part of Bordeaux that combines both urban planning and tradition. Typical houses stand alongside recent buildings and new residential areas. Green spaces play an important role in this district, particularly with the 8-hectare forest. The Bordeaux-Lac district is nearby, offering the opportunity to swim there on summer afternoons or to sail, catamaran, or paddleboard. Music lovers can take advantage of the Hangar des Quais to discover the FRAC Aquitaine, the Vivres de l'Art, or the I-Boat, Bordeaux's legendary concert venue. During the day, it's a great opportunity to have a coffee or go shopping. The district is also located not far from the famous Cité du Vin, which has made Bordeaux famous in recent years.
- St Jean Station, Bordeaux: 24 minutes by car.
- Bordeaux Airport: 45 minutes by car.
