It consists of a spacious entrance with cupboard (housing the washing machine) giving access to the main balcony facing East with furniture, a perfectly equipped open kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob, extractor), a dining area and a bright living room facing South and East, with a sofa bed in 160, television and access to the 2nd balcony "Parisian balcony" type. The sleeping area includes a hallway leading to a separate toilet, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, as well as a bedroom facing South, equipped with a motorized double bed in 140, a large closet/wardrobe, and also benefiting from access to the second balcony.
The apartment, in excellent condition, offers a very good level of comfort, with Internet / Wi-Fi included.
