ARCACHON, JOIGNY-PEREIRE: PRIVATE ACCESS TO THE BEACH, VERY BEAUTIFUL VIEW!
Located on the 3rd and last floor of a secure residence with caretaker, built in the 70s, this elegant T3 apartment (two bedrooms) of approximately 53 m² with balcony and parking offers an ideal setting for holidays.
The spacious entrance leads to a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator with freezer, a traditional oven, a microwave, induction hobs (three burners), a hood and a dishwasher. There is also a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a toilet. The two bedrooms each have two 90 cm beds, offering four beds in total. The living room, facing west, gives access to a balcony with a magnificent view of the Arcachon basin and the famous tchanquée cabins.
The apartment includes a designated parking space in the basement and has an Internet/WIFI connection. Direct and private access to the beach is possible from the residence. The apartment, tastefully decorated in a contemporary style, is in excellent condition and easy to maintain thanks to its tiled floors. Its geographical location is ideal: the shop (Carrefour Market) is 600 meters away, the Arcachon market is 20 minutes on foot and the Moulleau district is 5 minutes by car.
Animals are not allowed. Household linen is not provided, but can be rented via our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership). Departure cleaning is included, subject to normal and regular maintenance during the stay.
