Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Underfloor heating. Parquet floors. Balcony, large terrace 42 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.
