Bright, very comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with sliding door, panoramic window with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove and dining table. Exit to the terrace. With sloping ceilings, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 large double bedroom with panoramic window. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen). 1 small room, without wardrobe with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin, hydro massage bath. Parquet floors. Large terrace 50 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4), box-room. Very beautiful view of lagoon. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, logs (free). Internet (WiFi). Parking, garage space n 13 on the property. E-charging station. Please note: non-smokers only. Private mooring. Private entrance, smoke alarm. No parties and events allowed!
