Sumptuous villa in the heart of nature, for 8 people with swimming pool and private access to the Dune du Pilat
ABOUT
This superb villa in a privileged setting will make your stay exceptional and intense! Designed to accommodate 8 people, its long swimming pool and sunny terrace, as well as direct access to the top of the Dune du Pilat, will offer you a perfect immersion in the Arcachon Bay!
Just a 5-minute walk from the La Corniche hotel-restaurant, you can enjoy a delicious cocktail while admiring the Banc d'Arguin in front of you, after spending the afternoon at the beach of the same name.
The cycle path linking the Dune du Pilat, Moulleau and Arcachon starts a few hundred metres from the villa.
VILLA LAYOUT
Upon entering the property, surrounded by beautiful vegetation, the villa and its large garden will be right in front of you. The spacious, bright and airy living room features a TV area with numerous sofas and armchairs, all overlooking the garden.
Large bay windows allow you to access the terrace, which has a table and 6 chairs as well as an additional sofa, where you can enjoy your meal while looking at the top of the Dune at the bottom of the garden.
Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped, high-quality kitchen with a kettle, oven, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster and dishwasher.
ROOM AND BATHROOM LAYOUT
A bathroom with bathtub and shower is adjacent to the master suite, located upstairs.
Three other shower rooms are available, as well as a separate WC located on the main level.
Concerning the rooms, there are 4 of them:
Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160 cm) with direct access to the terrace
Bedroom 2: a double bed (140) with garden view
Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160 cm) with direct access to the terrace
Bedroom 4: two single beds (90cm) with garden view
Pleasant and spacious, these rooms allow everyone to enjoy their own comfort and privacy, while still favoring peace and quiet.
OUTSIDE
This beautiful, constantly sunny terrace will provide you with relaxation and relaxation, thanks to the swimming pool and various relaxation areas. You will have to choose between the 6 deckchairs under the parasols or the outdoor sofa area in the sun. A small serving table is also available, to place your refreshments or your book while you take a dip in the pool. It will also be possible to extend your evening on the terrace, which is lit with warm and pleasant tones.
EQUIPMENT & SERVICES
The services available are numerous, notably thanks to the swimming pool and the parking space in front of the villa, which can accommodate 2 to 3 cars.
A Wi-Fi connection is of course available and allocated to the property.
