Located on the 4th floor without elevator, the newly renovated accommodation includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed and a work space,
- a bathroom with WC, sink, washing machine and shower,
- a fully equipped kitchen,
- and a living room with a convertible sofa bed.
You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness. The apartment is dual-aspect: the bedroom faces north, on the courtyard side, while the living room faces south, on Rue Oberkampf.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), Television with access to Prime and Netflix via the PS4, Wifi, Fan and work desk with screen.
The apartment is located near the Parmentier and Oberkampf metro stations. You will find a U Express and Drive supermarket a 1-minute walk away for your daily shopping (across the street from the building). In addition, numerous shops (caterers, bakeries, pharmacies), restaurants, and bars are within a 5-minute walk in the street and surrounding area.

It is full of cafés, restaurants, concert halls, and nightclubs, particularly on the Rue Oberkampf, Rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud, and Rue Parmentier, which are very lively in the evenings.
Among the must-sees, discover the retro atmosphere of Café Charbon (1863), the legendary concert hall of the Nouveau Casino, and the rooftop of Perchoir Ménilmontant offering a panoramic view of the rooftops of Paris. Rue Oberkampf is also lined with unusual passages, such as the Cité du Figuier, the Cité Griset, the Cité de l'Industrie and the Cité Durmar. A stone's throw away, visit the Atelier des Lumières, which offers spectacular immersive exhibitions.
