The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Can accommodate 4 people.
This apartment is decorated to the highest standards and consists of a spacious living and dining room, which opens onto a charming private garden with superb views of the mountains and golf course.
The master bedroom also overlooks the garden and has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has two single beds and there is a second full bathroom. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped.

Golfers are surrounded by three exclusive golf courses, Atalaya Golf, El Paraiso, and Monte Mayor, in the area, with 10 more courses within a 10-minute drive, practically on their doorstep. Beach lovers are just a short 10-minute drive from the Mediterranean.
The cosmopolitan port of Puerto Banus (6 km), with its designer boutiques and upmarket bars and restaurants, is a 10-minute drive. 3 km from the beach.
There is a shopping centre with a large supermarket, bars and restaurants just over a kilometre away, and the beautiful village of Benahavis, renowned for its fantastic selection of restaurants, is just a few kilometres away in the hills.
