Spectacular terraced house a few meters from Muro beach.
Excellent location, 400 meters from the beach where there is a water sports school and the s'Albufera Natural Park.
Capacity for 7 people. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. On the floor, there are three other bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.
There is one double bed and all other rooms have two single beds.
Fully equipped open kitchen next to the dining room - living room. In the living room there are two comfortable sofas with satellite TV and a large table.
The entire house is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi.
Charming outdoor space, it has a 3x5 meter swimming pool, sun loungers, a barbecue area and a porch with a table to enjoy pleasant meals and evenings in the company of family or friends.
There is also a pool table and a ping-pong table for playing.
