This beautiful house with excellent panoramic views is situated in the countryside only 1.5 km from the small and popular coastal village of Porto Petro with excellent restaurants, cafes and a small number of shops.
The spacious outdoor area offers sunny areas as well as covered terraces, a front garden with lawns, some palm and carob trees and a large sun terrace. The covered terrace overlooking the pool area has a table and chairs. Perfect for al fresco dining. With the brick-built outdoor barbecue, which can be reached from this terrace as well as from the kitchen, a delicious dinner can be prepared in no time at all. The beautiful view of the idyllic landscape and the hilly hinterland is a wonderful place to switch off and relax. The large pool with Roman steps (10m x 5m. - depth min. 1m. max. 2 m.) is surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers. Perfect for enjoying the long summer days. The enclosed plot offers parking for several vehicles.
Ullastre is a holiday home, divided into two floors, in traditional style. Mallorcan elements were deliberately incorporated into the design. The front is clad in natural stone and inside the visitor can expect spacious, high rooms with rustic ceiling beams and outside large terraces with beautiful panoramic views. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living and dining area. Glass doors open onto the terrace and pool area. From the well-equipped kitchen with a small table, there is access to another terrace where there is a barbecue area with a brick-built outdoor grill. From the kitchen there is access to a small utility room with washing machine. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with two single beds and another with a double bed and access to a terrace with panoramic views. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is also a bedroom with two single beds and another with a double bed, but these rooms have access to individual, large terraces with fantastic views. The two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a bathtub.
The nature reserve of Cala Mondrago with its fine sandy beaches is just a 5-minute drive away. The park can be explored on various paths and, with a bit of luck, you may come across one of the few turtles still living in the wild. The holiday resort of Cala d'Or is approx. 4 km away and has several bays with fine sandy beaches, an almost endless number of restaurants and an exclusive marina. In Cala d'Or there is the possibility of practising water sports or booking a boat trip to explore the beautiful coast of the south-east of Mallorca. The famous Vall d'Or golf course is just a 10-minute drive away in the direction of Porto Colom. Here, even "non-golfers" can enjoy the tranquillity and the beautiful views over a small snack on the terrace of the associated restaurant.
