It is located on the third floor, as soon as you enter the Doñana building, take the elevator and go down to the third floor, the same elevator takes you directly to the beach. The accommodation has limited parking, right in front of the building.
The exterior property, very bright and facing the sea, has a spacious and functional layout, with a modern and elegant decoration that creates a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Renovated in May 2022, sustainability has been carefully considered in the choice of materials and the layout of the accommodations.
One of the highlights is the view, thanks to a large bay window that opens like a fan and presents itself as a spacious balcony overlooking the ocean. The window is covered with an electric blind with a remote control that allows you to adjust the amount of light you want to let in.
The living/dining room is equipped with a chaise longue sofa bed in front of the wall-mounted smart TV, a dining table for four with comfortable seating, where one can also work while taking inspiration from the view.
The bedroom has two 0.9-meter-wide single beds, which can be pushed together as guests wish, and a chest of drawers for storage, including suitcases.
Thanks to the comfort of the beds and the landscape that can be admired from the bed, the days begin differently.
The bathroom is very comfortable, with plenty of light, a large mirror as well as a sink, shower, washing machine, hairdryer and storage space.
