Comfortable and spacious holiday home located on the beachfront of Las Canteras, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, with a fantastic terrace from which you can enjoy wonderful evenings with direct views of the sea, the beach and the mountains and breathtaking sunsets.
The accommodation consists of 84m2 with capacity for 4 people, with 2 double bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a spacious living room with a dining table and an integrated kitchen and a magnificent and large terrace.
The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, utensils, stove, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
This fully equipped house comes with everything you need, including unlimited Wi-Fi, an iron, a hairdryer, and a TV. It's ideal for a vacation in an idyllic location. The building has an elevator.

"La Playa de Las Canteras" is a long stretch of sand, occupying some 3,800 meters of coastline, which extends across the entire bay.
Las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the country and the world, as it's a great place to be almost year-round. It's the place in the capital where you can relax, where time stands still, and where you can play sports every day of the week, in a swimsuit, bikini, goggles and snorkel, paddleboard (beach paddles), or surfboard.
It's also a major marine life reserve. Its seabed is home to a thousand types of fish. On land, it's a haven for walkers, fishermen, and surfers. And it has a special feature. This feature is what locals call "La Barra," a long rock formation that extends not far from the sand and protects a large part of the beach from the tides, transforming it into a natural saltwater pool when the tide is low. A curious line of stones makes the bay the best place on this side of the globe for swimming, as the salty sea makes it easy to float and, with swimming goggles, gives the impression of being inside a large aquarium.
And if you're up for a walk, we recommend the long promenade that winds along the sand, passing cafes and ice cream parlors. At the beginning of the promenade, you'll find the terraces of La Puntilla and fresh fish restaurants. At the other end of the beach, the surfing atmosphere surrounds the La Conciergerieo Kraus auditorium, with more terraces and cafes facing the sea.
Las Canteras is Playa Cambiante. It will never be the same place as the day before. It will be completely different. And that's another of its peculiarities. It always remains in
the same place, but it's always different.
