This brand new holiday villa, completely renovated in 2022, is managed by Canariasgetaway (visit our website). It's a three-minute walk from Puerto Rico Beach, in a small, quiet complex with only a few neighbors. It's designed for the comfort and relaxation of travelers looking to enjoy one of the sunniest spots in Gran Canaria.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms - one double and one single - which are very bright. It also features a large living room with a fitted kitchen and a fantastic balcony overlooking the tranquil and relaxing pool, which can accommodate three people.
The 50 m² accommodation, welcoming and very bright, has views of the pool, the garden and the ravine that leads to the fantastic Puerto Rico beach, always with its calm waters. It is fully furnished and has all the amenities for a short or longer vacation: with iron, unlimited internet access (wifi), hairdryer, shared pool, 1 Smart TV.
The open-plan kitchen, in vitroceramic, is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a juicer.
It has 8 m² of terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, shared swimming pool, 1 TV and radio.
