The building, located in Gran Canaria, one of the most beautiful islands in the Canary Islands, will be inaugurated in July 2023 and belongs to the municipality of Telde, between the beaches of Melenara (140 meters away) and Salinetas (250 meters away). Melenara Beach is 350 meters long and 30 meters wide, with black sand of volcanic origin and a wide range of restaurants where you can enjoy the rich and varied local cuisine.
