FANTASTIC BEACHFRONT PENTHOUSE. - 15083
A very spacious penthouse in a beachfront complex with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with impressive views and only 4 km east of Marbella.
This magnificent duplex penthouse apartment offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. The development has its own access to the promenade and beach, and features two swimming pools.
This beautifully located penthouse is located in the exclusive Palm Beach area of Los Monteros Playa.
From the living room and both bedrooms, there is access to a large south-facing terrace. Sun from morning to evening. The living room area on the terrace is covered. The beach is quiet and only 200 meters from the apartment.
Palm Beach is a gated community and the property has its own parking in the underground car park, with direct access to the property from the elevator.
There are 2 large swimming pools.
Upon entering the apartment, you will find the living, dining, and kitchen areas to your right. A fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor of the penthouse has a terrace on the south and west sides of the apartment. There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom.
The living room is very spacious and luxuriously decorated. A pleasant setting for your vacation.
The indoor dining area seats 6/8 people and the outdoor dining table has space for 8 people.
All bedrooms have double beds. The bedroom to the right of the living room has a double bed and direct access to the south-facing terrace. The second bedroom with en-suite bathroom also faces south and has access to the south-facing terrace. Features include cream marble flooring, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, and hot and cold air conditioning.
A third bedroom is located upstairs in the apartment with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub, toilet, bidet, and a double sink. Again, there is direct access to a private terrace with seating for 2 and the views are incredible.
To the left of the kitchen there is a separate room with a washing machine and dryer.
Directly next to the urbanization there is a chic and very popular restaurant and beach club: Trocadero Arena.
A community swimming pool is heated in low season.
Overall a fantastic apartment for summer or winter holidays.
A short distance from the most modern hospital on the coast and no more than 45 minutes by car from Malaga airport.
