Spacious and modern studio (35 m²) with side sea views, just a few meters from Playa Chica, a charming part of Las Canteras beach. It can accommodate a maximum of 2 people.
The studio is located in a building built at the end of 2022, which is equipped with two elevators and barrier-free access. It has the latest and high-quality equipment including air conditioning, fiber internet access (wifi), smart TV, built-in wardrobe, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron and hairdryer.
Las Canteras Beach, three kilometers long, offers excellent opportunities for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and surfing. Thanks to the smart locking system, you don't need to carry your beach key, and you can enjoy leisure activities without worrying about losing it. The beachfront promenade offers a wide range of cafes, restaurants, tapas bars, and shops.
The location is ideal for combining beach relaxation with exploring the island. You don't necessarily need a car. Almost all parts of the island can be reached by bus from the Santa Catalina bus station, which is a 10-minute walk from the studio. In addition to the beautiful beaches, Gran Canaria offers excellent hiking opportunities. The airport "Aeropuerto de Gran Canaria" is located 23 km from the accommodation, about 30 minutes by direct bus.
