Comfortable and modern 60m² apartment with large windows overlooking the interior courtyard, very close to Las Canteras beach. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an iron, unlimited Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV.

The property is located next to one of the city's most iconic parks: Santa Catalina Park, an example of street-side living. It houses the Science Museum and the Miller Building, which hosts cultural activities. Santa Catalina Park is also the focal point of the Carnival and the Theater and Dance Festival, which take place during the summer months.
Furthermore, less than 100 meters away, the Parque Marítimo del Muelle de Santa Catalina is an authentic viewpoint from which to appreciate the stay of large tourist cruise ships in the port of Las Palmas; a solarium or waterfront, suspended above the sea, divided into two levels with a grandstand and a ramp that connects them, in a space of 1,262 square meters. A glass balustrade on the sea side, as well as a ground fountain at the top of the esplanade, have transformed this facility into a pleasant meeting place to enjoy the port landscape.
