Nestled in a peaceful residential area, the house features garden furniture, a fenced garden, a 15 m² terrace, a barbecue, an iron, an alarm system, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, and a shared swimming pool + children's pool. A television is included and internet access is available (subject to availability, €10/day).
