Charming and spacious 125 m² accommodation with sea view.
The property is located 270 m from the sandy beach, 700 m from the town center, 700 m from the supermarket, 11 km from the Empordà Golf Club golf course, 27 km from Flaçà train station and 55 km from Girona – Costa Brava airport.
The house has garden furniture, terrace, fireplace, iron, heat pump heating, air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, outdoor parking (2 spaces) in the same building, 1 television, Internet access subject to availability (10€/day).
The independent, electric kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
Bed linen is included in the rental price. If you wish, you can also add towels when booking for €5 per person.
