Duplex apartment in the center of L'Escala and a few meters from the sea.
This apartment has a beautiful common area with swimming pool, garden and parking for one car.
The interior is delicately decorated and has all the necessary comforts for a wonderful vacation.
Upon entering the apartment, we find on the left the fully equipped kitchen, and on the right the living room with a fireplace and access to a terrace with magnificent views. On this level we find a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a bedroom with two additional beds.
Through a few stairs we access the upper level of the duplex where we find the main room with a large bathroom with bathtub and shower and a terrace with total privacy.
L'Escala is a fantastic destination on the Costa Brava for a well-deserved vacation. It has the essence of an authentic fishing village, as well as beautiful and sophisticated restaurants and shops. Lose yourself in its streets and enjoy the charm of the Costa Brava!
Bed linen is included in the rental price. If you wish, you can also add towels when booking for €4 per person.
