This property, fully renovated and completed in 2019, offers a contemporary design with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The elegant interior adds a modern touch to the entire space.
Situated on the seafront, the apartment is ideally located just 500 meters from Cancelada Beach, where the prestigious Villa Padierna resort is located.
Upon entering, a fully equipped modern kitchen welcomes you to the right, while the left side reveals a living room with a dining table for 6 and a group of comfortable sofas surrounding a flat-screen TV. Accessible from the living room, the terrace offers an outdoor dining area for 6.
Take the terrace stairs to reach the rooftop terrace, which offers a fantastic lounge area and four sun loungers for enjoying the sun. Please note that there is some noise from the nearby main road on the upper terrace.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds, and they share a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.
The gated community pool is easily accessible from the street within the development. Furthermore, the exclusive Villa Padierna Beach Club is nearby, renowned for its high standards. The Mercadona supermarket is conveniently located just 1 km away, and the charming Cancelada town centre is 800 metres away, offering a variety of amenities.
For entertainment, the vibrant town centre of San Pedro is just 7 km from the apartment, providing an excellent area for an evening stroll.
