This new timber-framed lodge offers a magnificent view of the estate's pond from its terrace.
On an area of approximately 70 m², you benefit from a living room / dining room / kitchen area of 30 m² benefiting from a large bay window, opening onto the outside terrace.
You have an air-conditioned master bedroom with TV and 160×200 bed, a second bedroom equipped with a choice of two 90×200 beds or one 180×200 bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine and separate WC.
The estate (Park, pond, stream...) consists of a beautiful pond which is home to many carp (leather, koi, grass) which are forbidden to fish but which will be delighted to receive a few small pieces of bread! Finally, there is a pretty little beach, that of the stream which is very popular with travelers...so many things to discover!
A ping-pong table, badminton rackets, and pétanque balls are available for a quick game before drinks! The park is freely accessible, to the delight of both young and old, at your own risk.
To complement swimming in the ocean and nearby lake, we offer a beautiful swimming pool area with water heated to 28 degrees.
The pool area is located apart and is shared between the 2 gîtes and the owners who can use it during your stay, but we will make sure to respect your peace and quiet, and only use it during your outings.
The pool is heated from the beginning of June to the end of September and measures 11m x 5.5m.
This area is fenced for the safety of little ones and features a beautiful wooden deck and a bar. The bar area offers a refrigerator, an ice dispenser, a Nespresso coffee maker, and a kettle for tea lovers.
You will also find some books, magazines and board games.
A French seaside resort, the commune of Vielle-Saint-Girons is bordered to the west by the Atlantic Ocean for 17 km in length and has several beaches in the surrounding area, the closest of which are that of Lette Blanche and that of St Girons.
The village of Vielle, which is a few minutes walk or bike ride from the Domaine, offers several restaurants with outdoor terraces. The center is quite authentic with its old church, and you can reach the beach on Lake Léon in 10 minutes by bike, on the Vielle St Girons side: it is good to fish, paddle or canoe kayak. There are lovely walks to be made along the lake or picnic areas, and pontoons overlooking the lake are installed. All food shops, bakery, pastry shop, butcher, fishmonger as well as the Carrefour Market supermarket are in Léon, the next village, 3 km away, 5 minutes by car. The famous "Vélodyssey", a large cycle path of more than 2000 km starting in Nantes and finishing in Hendaye, passes not far from the Domaine... we can take care of renting your bikes, which will be brought to your home, and returned on site before your departure with our local partners...
Fishermen and canoeing, kayaking and paddleboarding enthusiasts will not be left out: Lake Léon, just a few kilometers away, offers all these activities.
Golfers, whether experienced or not, have access to the international golf course at Moliets, another seaside resort 6 km away.
The magnificent site of the Courant d'Huchet, still in Moliets, and its stroll supervised by the boatmen of Léon on the small "Amazonie Landes" deserves a visit...
There are of course other activities such as surfing lessons, skateboarding, tree climbing and many more: do not hesitate to ask me and if you wish, with our local partners, we can organize this for you.
