The bathroom, located on the ground floor, has a shower and a toilet.
On the sleeping side, the accommodation includes a bedroom equipped with a 140cm double bed, offering a cozy and comfortable resting space. You will also find a mezzanine with a 140cm double bed and a convertible sofa.
You will also find a garage where you can store your bikes or beach gear. You will also find a washing machine.
Outside, you will enjoy a large terrace, perfect for relaxing moments outdoors and taking full advantage of the Mediterranean climate.
The residence enjoys rare direct access to the Vias-Plage shopping avenue, allowing you to easily reach shops, restaurants, and local entertainment on foot. An ideal setting for a relaxing and friendly vacation.
The accommodation includes 1 private parking space in front of the house. The residence is closed by an electric gate.

The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.
The house is located in a private and secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of €300 will be requested upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed and bathroom linen.
Bed and bath linen kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat rate of €84 including tax.
