Welcome to this modern wooden villa, with a surface area of approximately 200 m2 spread over two levels offering a dominant view of the old listed village of VELAUX and the surrounding hills.
This contemporary 200 m2 villa is new and built in wood, it offers a dominant view of the old listed village of VELAUX and the surrounding hills.
We have carefully decorated in a contemporary style and created several quiet terraces for your comfort.
It is located 10 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and features a private swimming pool. The villa includes a large, bright, air-conditioned living area, four bedrooms with fans, and two bathrooms.
On the ground floor, you'll find a private entrance leading to a large, air-conditioned living room (since 2022) with direct access to the terrace. This room features a seating area with a sofa, a wood-burning stove, a living area with a large dining table, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a central island and a high table. There's also a separate toilet.
The sleeping area is also located on this level and includes a separate office, two bedrooms each with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a storage closet, fans, and a bathroom.
On the garden level, you will find two additional bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a storage closet, fans, as well as another bathroom and an English courtyard.
You can enjoy our secure salt water swimming pool (not heated in winter) with direct access from the terrace.
For your comfort, we have equipped our villa with TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, etc.
The entrance to the house is private and you can park several cars there.
Our villa is ideally located for exploring Aix-en-Provence and Provence, whether with family or friends.
Please note that we can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, i.e. 4 adults maximum + 4 children or 4 couples. The sleeping options are detailed above with four 160 x 200 cm beds.
Finally, please note that our villa is non-smoking in all interior spaces.
Caution
A €1 security deposit in the form of a credit card pre-authorization will be taken upon your online check-in. It will be released within 5 business days of your departure, provided no damage has occurred to the property. In the event of damage, the imprint will be used to cover the cost of repairs and/or additional cleaning.
