Nestled in a peaceful residential area, just a short drive from the village of Ventabren, Villa Altinéa embodies a gentle harmony between Provençal architecture and contemporary comfort. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, this warm and spacious home is ideal for stays with family or friends.
The villa consists of five bedrooms, including a separate outbuilding converted into a private suite, with its own bathroom and a private terrace, perfect for ensuring independence and tranquility for its occupants. Located slightly lower down, this outbuilding is close to a small road where a few vehicles circulate, which can cause slight noise disturbance at certain times of the day.
In the main house, the bright living room, the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and the dining area create a spacious, welcoming living space overlooking the garden and infinity pool. The entire property benefits from beautiful natural light thanks to the large windows to the outdoors.
On the ground floor, a bedroom features a large dressing room and adjoins a modern bathroom. The upper floor houses three further bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a top level converted into an office space, ideal for working remotely in peace and quiet.
The entire house, including the outbuilding, is fully air-conditioned. Outside, a pétanque court allows you to extend summer days in a friendly atmosphere.
Access to the property is via a sloping path, offering a beautiful, commanding view of the surrounding area. However, it is recommended to avoid very low vehicles to facilitate access. Finally, local shops – bakery, butcher, and cafes – are within walking distance of the house, while the heart of the village of Ventabren can be reached in a few minutes by car.
