This beautiful country house is located near the village of Campos, in the southern area of Mallorca.
Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. are within easy reach and some of the island's best beaches such as Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Rapita and Sa Colonia are only a 10-minute drive away.
This comfortable Majorcan finca boasts stone walls inside and out, vaulted ceilings, and 150 m² of living space that can accommodate 5 people. It offers a comfortable living-dining room with two sofas, a fireplace, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
One bedroom has a double bed, the other two bedrooms have three single beds, both are air-conditioned. It has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and the second on the ground floor.
The property boasts a well-kept outdoor area. In the beautiful garden, you'll see all kinds of Mediterranean plants and discover several seating areas to enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean climate.
There is a barbecue, a ping-pong table, a large 8x4m swimming pool which will delight young and old on the hottest days.
