This superb villa with a garden, featuring typical Norman architecture, spans 180m² over two levels and features three bedrooms and two private shower/bathrooms. Brand new and private, it also boasts a superb 5,000m² private outdoor garden, perfect for enjoying the rays of sunshine.
With a maximum capacity of 6 people, the house is composed as follows:
- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and all the kitchen utensils you need to cook delicious meals!
- A superb living room with L-shaped sofa and decorative fireplace offering direct access to the garden and terrace.
- A dining room area with a table that can seat 6-8 people.
- A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and American refrigerator.
- A 20m² bedroom with Queen Size bed (160x200cm), balcony and Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Channel access).
- A second bedroom of 15m² with Queen Size bed (160x200cm).
- A third “child’s” bedroom equipped with two single beds (90x200cm).
- Two bathrooms, the with bathtub, the second with bathtub + shower.
The kitchen and living/dining room are located on the ground floor, the bedrooms are all upstairs.
The house has an electric gate, an alarm and outdoor parking for 3 vehicles.
For moments of relaxation, a small outdoor barbecue is available, as well as deckchairs and garden furniture.
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being less than a 5-minute drive from the beach and the town center. The house is located on the heights of Tourgéville, between land and sea.
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental and open fires are strictly prohibited.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

Our accommodation is located in Tourgéville, 5 minutes from Deauville beach, the Casino, Place Morny, shops and the Algotherm Thalassotherapy center.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €150/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
