For a most pleasant stay, you will have: television, microwave, hair dryer, the washing machine also has an integrated dryer mode, coffee machine, oven, iron, refrigerator, fan, etc.

- In the heart of the city center, with paid parking 50 meters away and free parking 300 meters away;
- Very close to Cours Lafayette and its market, near the port, restaurants, market halls, bars, shops, galleries, less than 5 minutes on foot;
- Train station 5 minutes walk, bus at the foot of the building, parking nearby;
- Mourillon beaches 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus;
- Pier for maritime shuttles 5 minutes on foot, serving the islands of Porquerolles (1 hour 15 minutes) or Sablettes beach (20 minutes).
