Luxury 3 bedroom house in one of the most exclusive and special urbanizations of Alcossebre, El Paraiso.
El Paraiso is a very exclusive urbanization, located on the seafront. Next to Las Fuentes beach.
The communal facilities are a luxury, with a huge swimming pool, large gardens and palm trees that give it a very special tropical touch.
The house, which has parking, WIFI and air conditioning, is divided into 3 levels.
The house's private outdoor space is very spacious and offers many possibilities. With a double-height terrace, the lower part of the house features a table for outdoor dining. The upper part features a chill-out sofa where you can relax with your family or partner, enjoying a drink or reading a book.
The orientation of the terrace allows you to be there without any problem even on the hottest days.
Inside the house we have a large living-dining room, with air conditioning, a large and comfortable sofa, and a dining table.
Then, the independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster.
Finally, on the ground floor are the toilets.
We go up to the floor, where 2 of the 3 bedrooms are located.
