Impressive private villa of 250 square meters, with 4 bedrooms and a capacity of 8 people.
Located on Calle Penya Ventosa, in the Cala Blanca urbanization, in a quiet area close to all amenities. 800 meters from Las Fuentes beach, and just 1 km from the start of the Sierra de Irta Natural Park.
The house, divided into 3 levels, is distributed as follows:
The main access is through the lower floor, where we have a small living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
We go up to the ground floor (via stairs), where we find a spacious living-dining room. In addition, there are two bedrooms. The bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds.
Also on this floor is the second bathroom.
Finally, a large open kitchen, fully renovated, with ceramic hob, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster.
On the top floor is the very spacious master bedroom suite with a double bed, private bathroom and private access to the upper terrace, with an ideal relaxation area to enjoy the weather and the scenery.
The villa's private outdoor space is spectacular, with a garden, barbecue, hammocks for sunbathing, a shaded dining area, and even a swing for children.
*Guests have access to the shared pool of the Cala Blanca complex. The pool is located 30 meters from the villa.
*Parties and youth groups are not allowed.
*Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.
*The villa does not have an elevator
