Apartment for rent in Habitat, opposite La Romana beach.
It has a bedroom with two single beds, plus a sofa bed and a bunk bed (the bunk bed is located in the hall). The maximum capacity is therefore 6 people. *For adults only, recommended for a maximum of 4 people*. It has a bathroom with a shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, as well as various utensils and basic items such as a coffee maker and toaster.
The north-facing orientation allows the terrace to be, most of the time, a very cool and pleasant space, where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner in peace.
The Habitat holiday apartment is equipped with air conditioning (see included and optional services).
The location is excellent, on the seafront, 100 meters from the Crisdan supermarket, and just over 10 minutes walk from the town center.
The common area is perfect for families with children, thanks to its large swimming pools (and paddling pools), the various activities organized throughout the day (water games, dancing, etc.) and the various services such as the restaurant next to the pool.
