Ground floor apartment with a large private terrace in the center of Alcossebre.
In Porta Mediterránea, an urbanization located in the heart of the village, but at the same time very quiet, thanks to the fact that the swimming pool and the beautiful garden area are surrounded by the apartment blocks, which gives it a lot of privacy and silence.
There is also a small pool for children.
Near the apartment there are all services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and other businesses.
The 55 square meter apartment has a garage, air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi.
It is distributed as follows:
